Change of Mind: If you wish to return a product simply because you changed your mind, you may do so within the 14-day window. Please note that the cost of return shipping is for the customer’s account.

Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and approve or reject your refund.

3. Defective or Damaged Goods
