Delivery Times: Once your order is processed, standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location within South Africa. Please note that regional or remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Tracking: As soon as your order is collected by Aramex, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your parcel directly on the Aramex South Africa website.
2. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address provided and the weight/dimensions of your package.

Aramex deliveries typically require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the parcel.

If a delivery attempt fails due to the recipient being unavailable, Aramex may attempt a re-delivery or hold the parcel at their nearest facility.
5. Delays & Liability

While we work closely with Aramex to ensure timely delivery, Howzit Shop is not liable for unforeseen delays caused by courier service disruptions, strikes, or extreme weather conditions.
